Working location: No 6, Lane 121, Chua Lang Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi
Working hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Provide the leadership team with manpower solutions, strategic advices and other HR-related strategies to optimize employee productivity
- Design periodic recruitment & training plans for all staff
- Design detailed job package for different positions in the company, including: job descriptions, job requirements, job evaluation methods, remuneration structures, C&B schemes, paperworks…
- Conduct interviews, assess applicants and select shortlisted candidates
- Conduct & supervise monthly recruitment process, maintain the relations with external recruiting partners, attract high potential candidates to company
- Design and implement weekly, monthly coaching and training sessions; provide orientation week for new staff at entry level
- Develop personnel policies and company disciplines
- Organize internal events to develop corporate culture and strengthen people spiriT
- Be responsible for other duties of the human resources department
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 24 years old or above with at least 2 years in Recruiment/ Training/ Education field and at least 1 year in a similar position
- English fluency is a must
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, leadership, project planning skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Basic knowledge in Vietnamese labor code
- Result-orientated, innovative, can-do attitude; ability to work under high pressure
- Commit to work at least 1 year after trial period
